The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were perfect and suited me well during our trip to Elk Grove, the smaller room we were moved to later was not as nice. The service was a bit of a mixed bag, with some staff being very friendly and accommodating while others lacked knowledge about the facilities. The location is convenient and close to many attractions, although there were some issues during check-in. The dining experience left much to be desired, with limited options available. Overall, it's a satisfactory stay with some room for improvement.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were perfect, very clean, and quiet, but there were some burn marks on the blankets. The service was nice and extremely helpful. The location was convenient, although not in the safest neighborhood. The dining options were limited to just coffee and a Danish. However, the facilities were well maintained.
